“I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS! Saw me on short notice. During cleaning the hygenist chipped my front tooth. Honestly, the cleaning felt very rushed. They either didnt notice or didnt tell me. When I got home I immediately noticed (its my front tooth I see it everyday) and called them and they scoffed at me and told me they had not but they would send me the X-Rays. I proved to them they broke it and to their credit they agreed to fix it, but only after questioning me multiple times like I was trying to scam them. The chip was really bad and there was no indication that this would happen prior to it. I take good care of my teeth. Instead of an appology the dentist told me it would have happened anyway. Did not appologize, and tried to sell me a 6500 unnecessary fix. Then insinuated that I could not afford the 6500 and he could give me monthly payments. He charged my insurrance though, not me. Which I felt was wrong to do, it should have been completely free it just shows their greed. Now I will have to pay more to get a proper fix. Now I have to live 4 months due circumstances beyond my control with a fragile composite filling on my front tooth until I can get it fixed. Likely the charge they did to my insurrance will result in me paying more.”

The front desk team Alexandra and Laura was warm, efficient, and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. The dental hygienist Freddy was amazing, thorough, kind and attentive to my confort throughout the cleaning. “I had Natalia do the teeth cleaning and scans and all. I felt very well taken care of, she was very careful and gentle, especially when i mentioned some sensitivity. Great experience. The doctor is very nice but i have yet to get actual work done with him so I leave it at that.”

“Never received anything but the best service at la Galerie Dentaire. I had stopped going to the dentist for about 5-6 years due to to really bad experiences with my previous dentist. I had to go into la Galerie Dentaire for an emergency with a tooth. I used to live like a 10 minutes walking distance, today I live an hour away and I rather do the commute than change dentists. The staff and dentists are always super lovely, the place is equipped with really fun technology, the dental office itself has a really nice fun/relaxing vibe. They really listen to your concerns, look after your dental health, always make sure they answer any questions you have. I've had extractions, fillings, cleaning and exams done and the staff is always careful and make sure you are okay throughout the process. Anyways all this to say, if I could give any rating higher than 5*, I would. Great Dental office, great dentists, great staff, would 10000% recommend.”
