“My husband and I were given a gift certificate for training 10 years ago at Athletica. Both Francisco and Amelie came highly recommended by other members of our family. We continued and now ten years later, this has been one of our best life investments ever! Francisco and Amelie are always available, even during Covid (virtual) to train us. They both have a keen passion and deep knowledge for what they do. And their skill sets are complementary. What continues to impress us is their ability to always come up with new exercises as part of a large portfolio, adapted to everyone’s specific conditions.
