“I want to sincerely thank Dr Abdou and his staff for helping me last week. I called last minute on a Thursday morning with eye discomfort. His staff found a way to squeeze me in, and once Dr Abdou saw me, he quickly assessed my situation and managed to have me see the appropriate people to get the issue resolved. And his due diligence did not end there – he continued to see me and monitor the situation until it was under control. If he and his staff hadn’t been so caring and able to help me, the end results probably would have been much worse. I am extremely grateful for their help.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! :( :( :( I made an appointment for my mother-in-law a week in advance and confirmed electronically. It was for 11:30, but the confirmation said "Please arrive 15 minutes early." We arrived at 11:22. 11:22!! Our appointment was confirmed for 11:30! The receptionist was weirdly rude as I quickly filled out the form and then this woman came out to tell me they were CANCELLING her appointment because we were LATE! I argued that our apointment was at 11:30, but she argued back saying I should have read the email more carefully and have been there at 11:15. What?!?!??? My mother-in-law is 83 years old. She has the beginnings of dementia and it is difficult for her to leave her apartment. That morning, she'd called me at 4:47 am because she was so anxious about this appointment. I live a 30 minute drive from my mother-in-law's place. To say this cancellation was a horrible inconvenience is a COMPLETE understatement!!! I still can't understand... I had selected them because they had good reviews. I had shown them no ill will in any way. I find their behaviour BAFFLING. I made me wonder: Do they hate Black people? Do they hate old people? I have never been treated like this at any appointment anywhere EVER! We were not 30 minutes late, or an hour late. We were 7 minutes late to a "suggested" arrival time, and 8 minutes EARLY for the actual appointment. They dealt with us by being hostile and rude. Do NOT go here. “Dr. Ronis is an experienced, attentive, and meticulous optometrist. She has been following my children for several years and recently began seeing me as well. Mrs. Afaf helped me select the perfect glasses (literally her first pick!) She was not pushy at all. I even looked elsewhere before returning and she facilitated a smooth and pleasant transaction.
