“This was our very first eyeglasses experience. We were brought in and left to pick frames with a couple bins having really no idea what we’re doing but they had lots of very cute ones. Once we were finished, we were told to go have a seat at the front. We sat there for an hour before my autistic toddler started to get super busy and knocked down someone’s leftovers. The girl at the desk hopped up and asked if we wanted a Lysol wipe with an annoyed look on her face. After that I approached the desk and asked why we were still there. While standing at the desk, she got a disgusted look on her face while looking at my child and said “oh he’s got a drool, now he just touched a pen” sounding annoyed. I’m sorry that my 2.5 year old grossed her out so much, he has facial paralysis and can’t help but drool because he has no facial muscle control. The whole thing was gross and disappointing. “Too busy” to notice customers yet I sat there for an hour listening to them chat about tv shows. If my toddler hadn’t just gone through the whole ordeal we would have walked out and gone elsewhere but I didn’t want to risk having him treated like that again. We will be picking up our glasses and going to a kid friendly/ special needs sensitive place from now on. For 2 years we have been seeing doctors about his eyes this was supposed to be the exciting finish line for us.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Family Vision Care Center is a great clinic. Ari the optician is amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when picking frames. Dr. Levack is skilled, kind, and makes appointments comfortable. I've also heard from people I work with that I had no idea went to the same eye doctor as me that Levack is very good with children! They have a great variety of frames and will sit down with you to order different colors online if needed. The clinic is clean and very busy—a small space for the amount of patients they see, but the staff are efficient and friendly. They also process benefits on-site, which is very convenient. “Absolutely great service I accidentally broke my frames for prescription glasses and they did not take long to order a new frame it took about a week not even .....and the staff are very nice top notch service xoxo”

“Dr Megan is the best optometrist I have ever dealt with. She took my son in on an emergency basis on the Friday of a Labour Day weekend…we were camping 1.5 hrs away and my son had a very very bad accident. She was a god send that day and for his care afterwards. My family is now patients. She’s got a lovely friendly attitude. I feel confident that we are looked after as her patients. The front desk staff has also been super friendly and helpful. Actually, each visit and interaction with any of the staff has been wonderful. Thank you Dr Megan and team.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My eye exam was very professional, and I’m extremely happy with that service. As far as accommodating me with a pair of glasses was an absolute joke. The employee that took over had very little interest and helping me out. And I must say their prices are way over what everyone else is offering. They never make you feel rushed and ensure you leave with a detailed idea of your eye health during the visit.
