“Not the greatest but not the worst for a regular eye exam. Cons: - The first part of the exam is done in a public hallway, so there are people (customers and employees) crossing behind you while you try to concentrate - The lady administering the first part of the exam was talking to her colleague about lunch while I was looking into the machines (very distracting) - They don't give you your Pupil Distance measurements unless if you plan on buying glasses through them Pros: - The optometrist was nice”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Had my eyes checked there and it as given a prescription. Today at LASIK , this staff said the lends given to me wasn’t 100% for correction in my left eye and MILOT never helped me with my very dry eyes or suggested anything to help. Just a pair of 600$ glasses and see ya . Finding out my cornea is weak and just found out today . Also never suggested contact lenses when I told them I do sports a lot . Also , no one speaks English or even attempted to . the reception every time I go in there are cold .”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Do not waste your time and money. Most greedy, arrogant optometrist I've ever dealt with. Needed to renew contact lenses asap. Walked in with a full prescription in hand (same one I gave other optometrists for the past 6 months) The super passive-agressive staff refused to sell me any lenses unless I pay for a whole new exam with them specifically.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Great experience with Solange Gauthier Milot as an eye doctor: she figured out what others had missed while listening to how i saw even before confirming it with tests. The glasses on offer are very pretty and the sale that was on made them affordable enough.”

“They did not tell me on the phone which branch they booked ne at, in the result I arrived to a wrong office from where I rushed to another one and was late for 9 minutes. They refused to see my son because they said this would ruin their whole schedule of the day. They told me that I can wait and if the next person is late they will see my son. In the result the person after us arrived 10 minutes late and they admitted him without any questions. This is not fair, this is discrimination.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The receptionist were wonderful the doctor was even more wonderful i definitely would recommend them and i got a huge deal on my lenses so that’s ALWAYS a plus 😊😊”
