Mold in showers, disgusting cold plunge with no drain - other people’s body oils floating on the top, manager is abrasive and calls out to tell people their time is almost up which completely disrupts a peaceful experience and actually makes it quite stressful, overbooked so there is no space to sit, wet smelly seats and turf, relaxation room smells like dirty feet and sweat

Brought my daughter for her 19th birthday, we both had an amazing experience and can’t wait to return back someday. Highly recommend!!! Service was excellent!

Wow this whole experience was amazing! I visited for my birthday and the staff were incredible and so kind. I got a service done and it was amazing! The spa experience is exhilarating and so relaxing! I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m in Moncton!

If I could give .5 stars, I would. This is the most ridiculous spa I have ever been in. The manager is extremely abrasive and not helpful at all. 1. The Himalayan room had a horrible suffocating perfume. It was not pleasant at all! 2. The cost is wayyyyyyy above industry standards. 3. The change room is mixed.... what the hell? When I dared ask for a discount, the manager was so aggressive and said: And you are telling me this now?!. YUK. An airport bench is more appealing.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and super welcoming. The hot pools were perfect for relaxing and letting the stress melt away, and the cold plunge gave that refreshing reset that makes you feel completely alive. The sauna sessions were next level — you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and totally recharged. What I loved most was the peaceful vibe. No rush, no noise — just time to unwind, breathe, and fully relax. It’s the perfect way to disconnect and reset both mentally and physically. If you’re in Moncton and need a recharge, this place is 100% worth it. Will definitely be back for a 2 hour session

For a business that provides services where clients are in vulnerable, personal settings and expected to feel comfortable and cared for, the level of customer service and professionalism I experienced was deeply disappointing. I would strongly recommend being aware that support may be very limited if something goes wrong during any point of your service. I booked a Valentine’s Day couples massage and carefully followed the instructions on the website for booking in the same room. My confirmation reflected a couples booking. I was later contacted and told the couples room had been double booked and that my partner and I would be placed in separate rooms. While mistakes can happen, what was extremely disappointing was how the situation was handled. When I called to resolve it, I was immediately told there was “nothing they could do” because it was not their fault. I was repeatedly told, despite clear instruction on their own website, that booking a couples massage does not guarantee being in the same room and that I must have booked incorrectly. They said I never booked the couples massage room, while at the same time informing me it was double booked ? At one point, I was told they often cannot acknowledge errors because customers try to “extort” them. I was also told I was probably treated like that by Alison, because they “weren’t aware it was possible for their system to make that mistake” and thought I was not being truthful. Being spoken to this way, while simply trying to clarify a booking I had proof of, was shocking and unprofessional. It took nearly 30 minutes of me explaining that I did book a couples room and reading their own website instructions aloud before it was finally acknowledged that this may have been an internal booking error. Even then, no effort whatsoever was made to rectify the situation. I was not asking for free services, only a reasonable gesture so my partner and I could still spend time together on a special occasion. Instead, I was called by a male who informed me I was “lucky to even have a spot at such a nice establishment on a busy weekend,” and that any efforts to make this right would be on their terms, which felt dismissive and condescending. He let me know he would call before the end of the day regarding how the situation would be remediated, and heard nothing. When I called to check in, Allison immediately asked if I was “calling to cancel”. The issue was never the mistake itself. It was the refusal to take accountability and the way I was treated while trying to resolve it. This was the Friday before Valentine’s Day weekend, making it impossible to make appointments at an alternative venue, and we were left without any other options but to cancel. It has been over a week and my email has been left unanswered and no efforts to call me have been made.

The 2 hour Nordic spa was 100% worth the price. My skin has never felt cleaner and it was amazing for the winter. Very clean, nice low light atmosphere, good privacy in the changing rooms. The robes, towels, and shower products were all good quality. The dry sauna smelled amazing, the wet sauna was nice too but just a warning that they put essential oils in the water. It was a little difficult to fully relax because there is no clock in the wet sauna, only a small clock that I couldn’t see when sitting in the fry sauna, and no clock in view when in the cold plunge bath, so I was always worried about the time, not sure if I was doing the cycle correctly. I would have liked to know how long I did the cold plunge for too. Your time in the changing room counts as part of your 2 hour appointment which I was not told, thankfully I left at the 2 hour mark or I would have been charged extra. It is reasonable that it counts but guests really should be told when their time has begun and when it stops counting. It would be nice to brief guests that the spa is supposed to be a quiet atmosphere, the dry and wet saunas got very loud as other guests were talking at full volume most of the 2 hours I was there. You really shouldn’t have to brief people about this, it was really shocking, but once one group started talking, it never stopped. It is hard to relax when you’re hearing about chickenpox, gossip, and travel issues. Overall great experience and would come back, but probably at a less busy time unless they start informing guests that it is a place for quiet relaxation. Maybe I just went on an off day, but signs and reminders up front would be good.

I went to a guided group session with Pierre and it was amazing!! I went in feeling tense and nervous and came out feeling a whole new sense of calm. It was nice to learn about hot and cold therapy and the benefits from each section of the circuit. I definitely would recommend trying out the guided sessions especially if you’re new to this kind of thing. It was very helpful and encouraging 🧘‍♀️ Thank you Pierre and everyone at Evolve 🙌🏻

This nordic spa in Moncton is phenomenal. The dry sauna, the steam sauna, the cold plunge, the aestheticians, the massage therapists, and even the receptionists are all amazing. Alfred is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us get acclimated to the space during the facility tour. I highly recommend the guided thermal therapy experience with Pierre, this is the service that prompted me to write this review! Having someone by yourself helping you guide your breath through the sauna and cold plunge is super powerful and even helped me push past limits… This is the type of place you rate 7 stars if Google lets you!

What an unforgettable experience! Pierre’s thermal guidance made it truly special! He guided us with such presence and intention, helping us connect deeply through our breath and awareness. The combination of heat, focus, and calm created something truly transformative! I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to be more present in their day to day! Pierre was amazing.
