“I had my first consultation and treatment at this clinic. During the consultation, I felt very comfortable. The esthetician I was assigned to was kind, professional, and took the time to guide me through everything. She made me feel at ease and confident, and I’m very happy with her individually. However, my first treatment experience left me disappointed, and I’m deducting two stars for that reason. During the session, the room was interrupted multiple times by people walking in while I was on the table, barely covered by a towel. The most uncomfortable moment was when the owner walked in near the end of my treatment and stayed to speak with me while I was still undressed. That felt extremely unprofessional and invasive. When a client is in such a vulnerable position, privacy and discretion should be a top priority. The payment process also felt disorganized. There seemed to be confusion around the payment plan, and we were all trying to calculate amounts on the spot. It did not inspire confidence, and I now feel the need to keep track of payments myself to ensure everything is accurate. Additionally, after committing nearly $3,000 for treatment, being asked to pay close to $70 (tax included) for a post-treatment cream felt excessive. I can’t yet comment on the quality of the laser results since this was only my first session, but the overall professionalism during the visit did not leave me with a good impression. “I’m writing this review based on my consultation visit — I haven’t tried the actual service yet. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable due to the way I was treated by the nurse or laser specialist. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier (as she mentioned she doesn’t speak English), if that’s just her usual attitude, or if it was unintentional — but the interaction was not comfortable or friendly I really appreciated how the receptionist stepped in all the time to calm her — she was kind, tried to ease the situation, and even asked the nurse to remove the gel. Her friendliness made a big difference. I was originally planning to book a session, but after this first impression, I no longer felt confident or comfortable moving forward — if this is how I was treated during a consultation, I worry about how the full experience might be. I didn’t want to give a lower star rating because the clinic seems professional and well-equipped. This review is just to highlight how important communication and attitude are, especially in sensitive services like laser treatment. Sometimes, the way a patient is treated matters just as much as the quality of the service itself.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have been coming to Eve Laser for various procedures for the last year. I don’t appreciate how they constantly coerce me into buying more products/services and have told them plainly. The worst part is having been made to wait on my scheduled appointments multiple times - resulting in ruining my own schedule which includes picking up my kid from school! “I have been getting laser treatments for 7 or so years from different places and I believe this salon is the best I have been to thus far! I have south Asian medium-dark skin and dark hair. I have PCOS which means I have thick, coarse hair on my face (think a beard). I went for a first treatment here for a half face in January and I didn’t have to shave at all for 2 months after! The hair then grew back much thinner! I just went for a second treatment (April 23/24) and it has lasted until the end of July! I’m excited to go again in August. Vanessa is very nice and speaks great English (and French obviously). Update: changing rating. Laser is still great and will continue to go but lash lift was not good and did not work at all. I get them often but this one didn’t do any lift whatsoever. Waste of money and time, unfortunately.”Lire la suiteRéduire
