All new clients are required to provide a credit card at the time of booking. The cancellation policy will be strictly enforced for first-time appointments, and any late cancellations or missed visits will be charged to the card on file

“I've been coming to see Emily for a few years now, first at Align and now at her own practice. She is the only one who genuinely makes a difference with improving my neck and upper back pain. I've seen others in the past where I don't feel any difference at all. Emily is professional, caring, and takes time to ask questions to learn the specifics about your pain or discomfort. She will also show you stretches that may help your issues, or advise you on lifestyle choices that may bear results (ex. changing your pillow). I appreciate that she goes above and beyond and truly cares about her clients. The new practice is clean, comfortable, and in a nice location in Centretown.
