“I first started working with Ann in 2021 by engaging her services to navigate two employees through a workplace conflict. I used her expertise multiple times after to complete workplace assessments. We used this process to reset the foundation of expectations and behaviours in many departments - building towards a more positive and respectful work environment. Her ability to ask the right questions, find the root cause, and make recommendations of tangible solutions is second to none. Today our relationship has taken on a different capacity where I see her in her counselling therapy side for mentorship, guidance and her unique lens of being in my shoes as an HR professional.
