“First and best experience ever, the girls at reception are very nice and efficient, the gigienist is sooo adorable, my guess she was born to work with kids, she did her best to turn the dentist visit into funny adventure from the first second with treasure pirate box till we finally left hands full of gifts with radiant smile and totally happy. Dr Barsan is charming and very professional, she is also very attentive and caring. It is my absolute recommendation and love from the first visit. “Unbelievable dental experience — search no further! This will have to be my initial review/write-up, as it will not do justice to both the incredible level of quality of care as well as the friendliness and level of service. After years of supposedly “top notch” service in the U.S., including numerous efforts to fix issues with bleeding gums, gum grafts, stained teeth, and other issues, I found Dr Barsan! Dr Barsan is incredibly knowledgeable and proficient. Her first efforts were to ensure my teeth were properly cleaned and scaled, that the inner rounding of teeth were properly de-stained, and then to give me new tools to help ensure I was able to properly clean my gums on my own. These are things that may sound simple and *should* probably have been taught to me by many prior professionals, but no one ever provided this level of attention to my personal dental situation. Immediately after my first appointment, I could already tell a significant difference. Bad breath, which I would normally start experiencing within a few weeks after a dental appointment was NO LONGER AN ISSUE!!! It was amazing. For YEARS, other dentists and dental hygienists would ask whether I was flossing and brushing my teeth - I do both twice daily. It turns out that the quality of the service I had been receiving previously was just failing to provide a really thorough cleaning, and failing to take a look at my teeth to address my personal challenges. On top of all this, my teeth looked cleaner, whiter, and less stained than they had looked in almost a decade. My girlfriend was shocked (in a good way!) when she saw my teeth after that first appointment… at that point she knew she needed to become a patient of Dr Barsan too. The next transformation was with my front teeth - which had at least one quite noticeable chip. Prior dentists had “fixed” this chip on at least 3 occasions. They would fill the chip and tell me that it’s only natural for the chip filling to fall out over time. I figured that was all that WS wrong with the tooth and that it was normal given the location of the filling… NOT SO! Dr Barsan evaluated my entire bite and identified that it wasn’t the chip on the tooth, it was that my bite is not sitting level, and so I am set up to perpetually snag my front teeth in other teeth, which will indeed constantly require a simple filling to be replaced if I don’t fix the underlying issue of properly balancing my bite. WOW - incredibly insightful! All these years I had NO IDEA that that was the issue with my front chipped tooth. Dr Barsan then created a plan for various adjustments to properly level out my bite so it was properly intact. Amazing how much of a difference this has made. It took some adjusting (as expected) and a week for me to get used to my teeth properly connecting when I bite, and what a great improvement. She fixed the chip as well as fixing other teeth and getting a night guard that fits, works, and sits properly. My girlfriend still can’t believe the difference, she says it looks so good “it’s not fair”. I have now recommended other friends - including a friend who lives in Boston - telling them they need to start coming to Dr Barsan for their dental care. You may read this and think I am exaggerating, or that I am just excited. I assure you, I am very excited about the result achieved by Dr Barsan and her Team, however, I am not exaggerating at all. I’m attaching photos of the chipped tooth. The photos do not do justice to the great work or my appreciation, and they were all taken after the initial cleaning and improvement of minor gum disease and unnecessary stain situation…but you can get an idea of the chip. Thank you Dr Barsan and Team! If I can answer questions for anyone who reads this, please feel free to send questions my way. (PS. The service is very proficient, responsive, and friendly too)”
