“This was late last year but till this day I fold my socks differently after using their pick up / drop off service. I was visiting Toronto for a week for a but had to travel to Vancouver for a conference last minute but we had 2 days between travel days and traveled to Ottawa. We were in need of laundry service and The Westin only offered dry clean and every other laundry mat seemed far so we decided to give Kintsugi a try. Did it feel strange to give our clothes to someone and hope we get them back in time (turned around in under 24 hours). The service was great, pick up was easy and she was friendly and we received our clothes very clean and folded neatly - would use again. Great value for convenient service!”

“Easy to get to location along a well-served bus route, bus stops are on the same block. The place is always clean, the prices are good and the machines always wash and dry my clothes well and quickly. The payment app is easy to use and often gives you rewards via a point system. The owner is really nice. Tons of cute shops, coffee shops, restaurants around if you want to go out while you wait. If you want to stay in, there’s a small seating area. The app notifies you when the wash/dry is done.”

“I came in to a great looking laundromat and calm atmosphere. After a few tries at starting the washers it was clear the management was terrible. Once I looked passed the front desk well… you’ll see. I paid for EVERY SINGLE MACHINE (15 total) and yet there was only 1 that was working. I had to wait twice as long just for the one machine and it’s quite disappointing to see 15 pending payments on my credit card. I wish I could just get 1 break in my life. This place is broken. The grey colouring means out of service.”
