“Firstly I would like to thank the people involved in all my treatments done at the clinic Jessica and the doctor who did my cleaning also the lady who was the assistant on the day my crown was fixed you’re so sweet and kind your words were very soothing and I needed it that day thank you .And I would also like to share my experience with dr joumana I feel like she needs to learn how to talk with her patients.So,when we were starting the process for the crown and I was a bit nervous,scared and uncomfortable so the senior doctor everyone tells me “DONT WORRY NO ONE DIES ON THIS CHAIR” is this how doctors speak with the patients? Who are already scared .if it was any of your family member or a child would you use such words with them?unexpected behaviour from a senior doctor And then when the crown was ready I wanted to share something about the position of crown and everything and she cuts me off saying “*no no I have seen your other tooth it’s weird I don’t like it*” EXCUSE ME!!! Who gave you authority to judge my teeth? Would you like if I comment on your appearance?? Do I not even have a right of speech for something I am paying for? And it did not ended there when I went for cleaning that was advised by them only and it was done and I ask the lady if she could ask doctor to check the crown once as I am having some pain from the work she did and guess what she refuses asking me to take another appointment well yeah clearly how would your clinic work if you don’t force unnecessary appointments on the patients.anyways people really need to learn how to speak it’s 2026.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Other dental clinics accept X-rays from previous clinics, but this one insists on taking new ones, and they can’t be covered by insurance. Their pricing is also much higher than other clinics. I would not recommend going here.”

“I had an amazing experience with Jessica B. I usually have a very strong fear of dentists and severe gag reflex, so going to dental appointments is always extremely stressful for me. But from the moment I met Jessica B., she made me feel calm and comfortable. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She took her time to explain everything and never rushed me. She did my dental cleaning in two sessions, and honestly, I’ve never had such a smooth experience before. Her work was very gentle and precise, and she constantly checked to make sure I was okay. Jessica B. is not only highly skilled, but also someone who truly cares about her patients. “I recently visited this clinic with my 5½-year-old child and left feeling quite disappointed. While I understand that dental professionals may offer different treatment options, it felt like the focus of our visit was more about selling procedures than addressing my child’s actual dental needs. Even though silver fillings are fully covered, the hygienist and dentist seemed more interested in promoting other, more expensive filling materials. They also recommended another cleaning and tried to book another exam, despite the fact that I had clearly mentioned we don’t need one. The overall tone felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine healthcare conversation. As a parent, I want to make informed decisions about my child’s dental care, but I also expect honesty, respect for my concerns, and a focus on what’s actually necessary. Unfortunately, during this visit, it felt like we were seen more as a source of revenue than as a young patient and concerned parent. I hope the clinic takes this kind of feedback seriously and rethinks how they communicate treatment options to families.
