“The dentists come across as arrogant and lack a patient-centered approach. Reception staff demonstrate poor client relationship skills, frequently making errors such as booking appointments incorrectly, calling clients by the wrong name, or scheduling under the wrong profile. Additionally, the dentists often apply unnecessary pressure to proceed with optional procedures and tend to include superfluous charges on the bills. “I have a fear for dentist. I honestly shake when I have an appointment. I’ve been there 3 Times already and they always explain everything and take their time. I always feel like everything will be okay. With other comments about missed appointments I haven’t had a problem. I missed one appointment because I was sick and they were very understanding. Don’t wait until 10 minutes to cancel. Make sure you call the day before just out of respect! They are very nice and always try and make you comfortable. 5 stars totally recommend this friendly neighbourhood dentist!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“These people are horrible. I had to go with my son to the hospital so I missed an appointment and they straight up banned me for not showing up. Understanding people huh? And i wont talk about docteur Yassine, who would never listen when I told him I was in pain because of what he was doing. “I made an appointment at this clinic based on the existing reviews on google and its relative proximity to my residence. Over the years, I have developed a minor phobia of dental procedures and dentists, and am very cautious in my selection. My previous dentist of 20 years retired about 5 years ago, and I had not been comfortable with making an alternative selection. However, it was definitely time to deal with dental issues. I moved to Montreal less than a year ago, and am primarily an English speaker so that did complicate the situation further. When I phoned to make an appointment, the receptionist assured me that my irrational fear would not be an issue. I have not slept well this week in anticipation of the appointment and somehow managed to flub the date. My actual appointment was tomorrow, and after momentary confusion as she attempted to find my appointment, the receptionist managed to make arrangements to accommodate my appointment today so I wouldn't need to worry another day and have to come back tomorrow. She was very professional and so very nice. The dental hygienist was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, and did absolutely everything she could to reduce my fear and make the appointment comfortable for me. AND I believe it was the absolute best cleaning and examination that I have ever had! She was gentle and careful and extremely thorough. And then the dentist came in. She was very professional, and gentle, and patient as well. And everything was explained very clearly. I so have several appointments worth of dental work to dread, but I believe I have made the best possible choice for the professionals who will be doing it. And I will provide updates. Thank you Clinique Dentaire Lavigne!! I recommend this clinic without hesitation. They did everything possible to help alleviate my anxiety and provided excellent service.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Friendly, courteous, and helpful to a fault with the insurance set up. Very efficient as well. Three of us had cleanings scheduled and we were all done within an hour of the scheduled appointment.”
