“Today was my first visit. After a few not so great experiences with RMT's in Ottawa, I was skeptical. Dana was extremely easy to talk to. She welcomed me upon my arrival and ensured she understood my medical history. She also made sure I felt comfortable to let her know how the massage was feeling. She kept me informed of what she was doing during the massage. She also gives a wicked neck massage (kind of like a trigger point massage).
