Waiting List For an earlier appointment, please add yourself to the waiting list and “allow” email and/or text notifications.

Please book 2-3 follow-up appointments ahead to avoid treatment delays.

Please note that we accept payments by debit, e-transfer, credit card, cash or cheque. A 2.4% credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

We have stairs! Please call (613) 291-2956 in advance to let us know if you require any assistance with the stairs or if you prefer a home appointment. If you have mobility restrictions please park in the designated accessible parking spots (with or without an accessible parking sticker) at the south end of the parking lot behind the clinic (accessible from Madison Avenue) and let us know when you arrive for your appointment.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for 48 business hours’ notice.

Please call our reception team at (613) 291-2956, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m to cancel or change your appointment. Please note that we are closed on weekends and do not accept cancellations by email.

Monday appointments must be cancelled by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Thursday

Tuesday appointments must be cancelled by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

Appointments may be changed at any time to Telehealth (video) or to a phone appointment by calling (613) 291-2956 to avoid a late cancellation fee.
