“This time I had Maryse, and felt like she was more concerned about the 20min time limit. It made me start to watch the clock...not there to be timed. So what if we breath in your air an extra 5 min. I've had dozens upon dozens of Therapy sessions around town(physio, accupuncture, massage, chiropractor, chiropod, naturopath, osteopath etc... over the years, and have never been rushed to the exact minute like that... strange”Lire la suiteRéduire

“After injuring my knee my family doctor (who is also working as a MD in the NBRHC ER) suggested a knee stabilizer. It's a long story but I finally ended up at Cor Maximus the next day where I got outstanding care! I ended up with expert advice and a brace that is making a world off a difference. I can not overstate how happy I am ending up at their office and getting exactly what I need! THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of you, my MD, her front staff and Cor Maximus. I know that I am on my way to a full recovery thanks to all of your efforts to get me there :-)”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Dr. Maryse Boulay is excellent. She really takes the time to get to know you and to find the root of the problem. I’ve had previous chiros where I was in and out in 5 minutes but Dr. Boulay works with you to find what is and isn’t working and gives recommendations on what you should be doing to assist the body in recovering when the appointments over. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“First I have to say that Madison great. She definitely knows her work, and the times she worked on my problem really helped. She has excellent customer service skills, and really makes an effort to put her clients at ease. I would definitely recommend her if you have an issue she can help you with. That being said.... I had 2 appointments today, back to back (no pun intended). The first was with Madison regarding the muscle issue, and I've already said she's great. The second was with Nick, and that didn't go so well. I can't say anything about his abilities, as we didn't get that far. I can comment on his customer service skills though, which are what made me walk out. Now, I hadn't seen a sign asking to leave the outdoor shoes at the front. If I missed it, my apologies. I try to follow policies when a business puts them in place. So, if there's a sign that I didn't see, again my apologies. Nick asked me to remove my footwear. Ok, fine. The tone of voice needs to change. We're not little kids tracking mud across the floor. We're adults, paying your bills. Once we entered the room I began placing my coat and cap (which had my phone, wallet, etc in it) on the small table when I was told, in a not so polite tone, if I could move them as that space was needed. So, yes at that point I said he and I weren't going to work out. Im pretty good at figuring out when I'm not going to gel with someone and try to keep those situations from potentially getting worse. I just found his tone of voice, body language and overall attitude to be one of self superiority and self importance. This MY is opinion though. I'm sure others have had a positive experience. So, I was leaving and did tell the receptionist that I was leaving due to"captain personalities" attitude. I should have just said nothing, but I was a bit miffed at his attitude. Nick was kind enough to tell me not to come back, so he got told he was a snowflake. So, I could have handled my end better. But what can I say....self entitled people aggravate me.
