“Prior to visiting Dr. Ptito, I was apprehensive about going to a medical aesthetics clinic for Botox treatment of migraines. I was worried that I would be pushed towards aesthetic treatments that I was not interested in as this has happened to me in the past and made me highly uncomfortable. It actually kept me away from receiving treatment for a long time. After doing extensive research on Montreal’s best educated medical aestheticians and physicians with experience in this field, I decided to go to Dr. Ptito for help. Her and her team are remarkably professional and kind and I have nothing but good things to say about them. As a person living with chronic pain, and a pain researcher myself, I understand how important it is to be well-followed by a clinical team with solid expertise in the administration of treatments for pain management. I have never felt so well cared for. Dr. Ptito has been managing my chronic and treatment-resistant migraines and TMJ-associated facial pain with Botox for about half a year now, and I have the ultimate confidence in her care. “Waste of time and money. I suffer from hyperpigmentation, and I was finally happy to find a dermatologist who knows how to treat black people's skin. I was super excited and full of hope when I went there. When Dr. Ptito arrived in the office, she was kind of rude, and I felt like she already knew she couldn't help me and was just there to collect my consultation fee. The appointment lasted only 8 minutes. She seemed fed up with my questions and was ready to wrap up the consultation. She recommended purchasing an online cream that hasn't proven to yield any results, but it was the best solution she could come up with. It's just disrespectful and dishonest to claim that you can treat a certain type of people when you cannot. We, black people, suffer a lot from the lack of professionals in Montreal who can effectively treat our skin. What hurts the most is when people take advantage of us through false advertising just to take our money. I lost $150 for no reason.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I was experiencing hormonal adult acne and was very nervous to see a dermatologist/aesthetician as my skincare approach has always been very natural. But I was getting overwhelmed with all the online research and hated wasting money on products that I would research and ultimately did nothing for me. I was even more nervous after reading some of the reviews but my friend had seen Dr. Ptito for adult acne and highly recommended her, so I tried her out. With new products and non-invasive procedures, my acne was gone in 2 months. Karina and Anouk handled me with the utmost care, kindness, and professionalism. The procedures (IPL, micro-needling & light therapy facials) visibly improved my skin texture and reduced my acne scars. I never felt like they were pushing products or services on me. They knew and respected where I was coming from (having no experience with and even some reticence about procedures and more medical products) and made recommendations I could get behind. Adult acne is a killer for confidence and I underestimated how much it was affecting me. Being on the other side of it now is no small thing and I feel grateful to Dr. Ptito and her team for honestly helping me feel myself again. “Personal I have to praise Anouk’s professionalism, she is professional at the work she is doing and considerate. However, I do not appreciate getting nasty emails from clinic receptionist Simy, regarding a review I wrote on my experiences.
