The administrative staff greets you with a genuine smile, and is always willing to help with any scheduling conflicts that life invariably throws our way, and I seldom see patients enter, or exit, without a smile on their face. That, if nothing else, is the surest sign of a healthy workspace with happy staff that benefit from a positive culture. It has been my very good fortune to have had Kim Benjamin-Briand be my assigned ergotherapist: equal parts competence, professionalism, perspicacity, with an excellent bedside manner, and the whole is tempered with a deep empathy that will deftly guide you through your rehabilitation process. A true credit to her profession. My acupuncturist, Carl Lachance, is a gem: he always takes the time to simplify an oft misunderstood discipline through seamless small talk, all while making sure that his treatments are never uncomfortable, and yet surprisingly effective. “I can't begin to explain how thankful I am to have had tele-rehabilitation sessions with Soëla. The comfort of being at home with her expertise was such a help. She was open and welcome from the beginning and also showed true care and interest in my well-being and it is with her help as an Occupational Therapist that I was able to return to my full capacities at work. She always made me feel heard and understood and gave me the necessary tools and confidence to be able to overcome some obstacles I had. I was lucky to have worked with Soela through "telerehabilitation" and although initially skeptical the service and treatment were amazing. Soela was extremely patient, professional and personable. She really made me feel like she cared and felt listened to. The therapy itself was great and mind opening, with tools that are both logical and useful but within the right context.
