“I got an appointment for a Monday. And I called a few days ago. The receptionist told me she will scheduled me an appointment on next Monday. So, I went to the appointment...and it's a day off (holiday). And THEY'RE CLOSED!!!!! Seriously!!!! I went to the clinic for nothing. How come the receptionist scheduled me on Monday (which is a holidays). I was very disappointed!!!
