“To avoid at any cost, as someone who relies on the expertise and integrity of healthcare professionals, I must express my profound disappointment with therapists Nathalie Pascal and Sandrine Duval, who oversaw my treatment. Not only did they failed to provide the care and guidance I expected, but they also breached the trust that forms the cornerstone of the patient-therapists relationship. First and foremost, my therapist’s conduct was marred by deceit. Their report concerning my condition and recommended return- to work plan contained glaring inaccuracies and falsehoods. Simply because they’ve told me that they would not recommend for a return to work for the time being due to my general condition and the fact that I was injured during the intensive program that I was attending. What they did is stabbing me and the back and told the SAAQ that I was not only ready but, sent a return to work plan. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare provider entrusted with my wellbeing would to such unethical behaviour. Their dishonesty not only undermines the credibility of their profession but also puts patients at risk by potentially jeopardizing their recovery process. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and honesty exhibited by Nathalie and Sandrine has had significant repercussions on my rehabilitation. By misrepresenting my progress and capabilities, they have hindered rather than facilitated my return to work. This deceitful behaviour has not only prolonged my recovery but also caused unnecessary stress and frustration as I attempted to navigate the challenges of reintegrating work. Luckily, the SAAQ didn’t approve of their assessment and consequently rejected their request and conclusion. Moreover, beyond the issue of dishonesty, the quality of care provided by my therapist was subpar. Their approach lacked thoroughness, attention to detail, and personalized attention. Instead of tailoring my treatment plan to address my specific needs and concerns, it felt as though they were following a one size fits all approach, which proved to be ineffective and insufficient.”Lire la suiteRéduire

They and You brought me back to me and my outgoing character atva time when I wasn't able to recognize myself due to my difficult recovery. Your One-On-One 110% dedication to my well-being brought me back to me. To This Day, I am Eternally Grateful to You. To Jacques with whom I first started my physio sessions, Thankyou for taking me under your wing at a time when the world was dealing with a pandemic. “I've gone several times over the course of four yrs, for three different reasons (after knee surgery, pain in left shoulder, sciatica). Each time, the team at Physiotherapie Universelle in Deux Montagnes has been courteous, professional and friendly. They know their practises and as long as you follow their lead and suggestions and do the work, recovery and relief is sure to come. I highly recommend them. “Excellent service. Excellent Staff. Very positive environment. Had physio since December 2018 for my left shoulder and my issue is now completely resolved thanks in great part to the excellent work and counsel from physiotherapist Philippe Dufour.
