“I have a shoulder muscle torn away from the tendon (a common injury when you get into your 70’s). This clinic modified my exercise program to help my shoulder compensate with other muscles, improve flexibility and strength, while reducing pain and spasms. I can now sleep without pain. This will, also, help me maintain my activities (playing with my 6-year old grandson, cross-country skiing, volleyball and soon gardening). This has been a great help to me. “Don’t know why I delayed in going to physio. I had such an amazing experience on my 1st visit today. I always thought physio was about them putting hot towels on the issue and tell you to do explained excercises while they tend other patients. My Tech was thorough, listen, worked on the area, explained the issue and worked on the affected area again. He then assigned more excercise to do at home. Amin, 5 stars!
