“The worst clinic ever Had an appointment for 12h and it is 12:50 i go and ask what’s going on receptionist rudely answer doctor is running late and have 4 More patients before me then why giving an appointment for 12 to several patients and then delay everyone else waited for 8 months for that appointment and now the receptionist is saying they can’t do anything about it. “My doctor is on Maternity leave. I needed to see a doctor I got an appointment with Doctor Justine Bélanger. She was excellent took the time to assess my symptoms very professional I was extremely pleased. Also I called to get the appointment the lady that assisted me was very efficient and polite. “It's a decent hospital, didnt really have issues with wait time during the week-end yet during weekdays (specially after 5pm) the wait lines were horrible (we are talking about 2 hours type of horrible). My recommendation? Set your appointments at around 12.00am-2.30pm. And don't forget your glasses for phototherapy.”Lire la suiteRéduire

She’s been very kind, professional and helpful to her and others and did her best to help everyone out. My experience has been quick and good as well. “I have visited this clinic twice and was very pleased. However, without notice my file was closed because I had surpassed a year in not attending the clinic?? I was seen by my specialist for "on going treatment" where my referral was valid for 2 years as confirmed by my specialist on my first visit. I spoke with the receptionist trying to explain ... reasons being that it was very difficult in making an appointment for either not getting the telephone line or being told to call back because the doctor's schedule was not out yet. I have left several messages requesting clarification. No feedback yet it's been 2 months. Very disappointed! Unprofessional and insensitive to patients care.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Would give 0 stars but not possible. My mother-in-law's doctor is on mat leave, so had to go through hoops to finally get her an appointment with another doctor which was in March 2025. He wanted to see her for a follow-up three months later, sending her for blood tests. In April, she had issues and I called, but no way to get an online appointment, as we had been told they would reach out to the doctor and call us back, but they never did. I called back and got someone with more common sense who gave me an appointment. Now she did the blood tests a couple of weeks ago, so tried to book online for several days, but system keeps saying there are no appointments available. Called today and spoke with receptionist and she insists she can't give an appointment because the doctor has to confirm he will take her for the appointment. She confirmed it states in the notes in her file that the doctor wanted to see her after her blood tests, but since he didn't reply to her last reach out in April, she can't give me an appointment. She said the only thing she could do is reach out again, but if the doctor doesn't reply she won't call me. What?!?!?! She did say she could see there are appointment for Monday and for me to wait until midnight and then I can book. Really?!?!?!?! No matter how much I pleaded and explained she's 89 years old and I can't wait up until midnight, she would not give me an appointment.”Lire la suiteRéduire
