“The customer service was very good, and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. However, it has been over a week since my massage, and I have been experiencing persistent lower back pain since then. I am generally a shy person and did not feel comfortable speaking up during the session. I even tipped afterward despite not being fully satisfied with the massage. I was informed in advance that the therapist had a different style, and I was open to trying it, hoping it might be beneficial. Unfortunately, there was significant pressure applied to my lower back, and I have been unable to relieve the pain since. At times, I also felt what seemed like fingernails digging into my skin, but I remained silent during the session. I had initially booked additional services with the intention of trying more of what was offered, but I ultimately decided to cancel those appointments. Given the discomfort I am still experiencing and the fact that the quality did not align with the price, I did not feel comfortable proceeding further.”Lire la suiteRéduire
