She made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. I also received exceptional service during my cleaning that was thorough and attentive, ensuring a great experience overall. The receptionist was equally impressive, very responsive, pleasant in every interaction, and respectful of appointment times. What truly stood out was their ability to accommodate my situation and help me complete my treatment within a short timeframe before my upcoming travel. “I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, so I was extremely selective when searching for a West Island clinic that also accepts the Canadian Dental Plan. After a deep dive, I chose WM Dental Clinic and I’m so glad I did. Their whole process is modern and efficient, from the online booking system to receiving new-patient forms by email so you don’t have to deal with paperwork on the day of. The moment you walk in, you notice the happy energy, the music, and how clean, professional, and modern the space is. Everyone there seems genuinely kind and happy to work together, which is rare to find. My hygienist, Yasmin, had already read my file and knew I was anxious. She was incredibly sweet, reassuring, and did a fantastic job while explaining everything clearly. Dr. Rechidi was just as kind. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. She explained my results in a way I could understand, didn’t push unnecessary treatment, and even suggested monitoring my small cavities instead of rushing to fill them. They also explained exactly what will be covered at my next appointment and what small difference I’d need to pay, so there are no surprises. Highly recommend this clinic.
