“3 canceled appts for surgery, all ladt minute, did not want to start treatment plan cause of paying out of pocket, last minute claimed dr. had to fly out of the country, then they change their story and said they "cant do it, the dr is just a dentist not an specialist" so they canceled an appt made two months ago.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Very rude receptionist to begin with. No manners or customer service skills. The dentist did a horrible job on my teeth. I had to get filling work done and they fell out the same week. I was in a cab on my way to my appointment and I was running under ten minutes late and the dentist cancelled my appointment on me. His work is very poor.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“It's very hard to find a place that treats you nicely as an English Speaker. I've had terrible experiences in many places. Clinic Dentaire Ville-Marie has been Brilliant. I normally don't write reviews unless it truly deserves. I had a wonderful experience on all 4 visits at Clinic Dentaire. The doctors are very professional, kind, skilled, and don't rush you. They take the time to answer all your questions. The reception is bilingual, very accommodating, and genuinely care. Whether it's on the phone or in person, they treat you with kindness and empathy regardless of your language. This is something you don't find everywhere. They also give you appointments quickly. “DO NOT COME here! Very unprofessional. They love to reschedule you on the day of your appointment and will try to call you many times to move you so the dentist can go home early. They tried to reschedule me once I refused, and they canceled on me last minute. They also quote me a service that they think it will be covered by my insurance, but they didn’t send in the request to confirm with the insurance company. I agreed to the service because it’s covered. But in the end they ask me to pay for it. They also gave me a receipt from another client.
