“I did my perio examination at this clinic and I am so impressed as someone who does not like the dentist too much it was a pleasant experience . Pain free because they made sure I was numb for the exam and they hygienist was willing to explain the procedure. Over all I felt relaxed . “It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this negative review due to the terrible administrative services. I’ve been a patient for over two years and was very happy with the dental and cleaning services provided by Dr. Nadav Ben Lou Lou. Unfortunately, the administrative service is extremely unprofessional. I contacted the clinic 48 hours in advance to reschedule an appointment, as I am 9 months pregnant and the scheduled time no longer worked for me. I called exactly at 9:10 AM when the clinic opened, on a Wednesday, to move my Friday appointment. Despite respecting the stated notice period, the secretary insisted I had violated their policy and demanded a **$100 fee**. What prompted this review was not just the policy dispute, but the secretary’s tone and behavior - extremely rude, argumentative, and dismissive. There was no effort to listen or show understanding. Shortly after, I received a voicemail saying, “Since I feel bad for you, I asked the dentist to move your appointment.” The wording and tone were completely inappropriate and condescending. This is not how patients should be spoken to. To add context, a few months ago my husband arrived for his appointment only to find the clinic closed, with no prior notice or call from the administrative team. Despite that experience, I continued going back solely because Dr. Ben Lou Lou’s care was always excellent. Dr. Nadav Ben Lou Lou, I strongly suggest reevaluating your administrative team’s professionalism and customer service.
