“Visiting this clinic is always smooth and their appointments are scheduled effectively so wait time is limited. From the doctors to the techniciens and receptionists, the service is impeccable, my kids felt at ease with everyone, no fear while procedures we done on my kids since they were toddlers and now they are 16 and 13. “We had a good experience at this clinic. After being referred for my son to undergo general anesthesia, he was taken cared of by Dr Haikal. She is patient, direct, and hardworking. She fixed the majority of my son's teeth. The surgery was done at AGM in Rue Paré (another clinic) and things went smoothly, thankfully. So far, no adverse effects from the anesthesia. The only suggestion I have is if the surgeries can be spaced out in terms of schedule in case the previous one lasts longer than anticipated. Since the patients have to fast, this will allow them to at least drink 2 hrs prior to the true time of the induction of anesthesia. Other than this, everything went great. “I am going to recommend this place to everyone i can, especially if professional and timely results interest you. I had my first appointment this week and 2days later all our dental problems are gone. My son needed extensive work to be done on his teeth. We decided to go with the option of general anesthesia (best decision). His doctor is not only a dentist but an artist. The crowns matched his teeth perfectly, same colour, very natural look. “We had an exceptional experience at this clinic! The entire team is incredibly welcoming, and they made sure my little cousin felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The clinic is designed with kids in mind, with cheerful decor and plenty of distractions to keep little ones calm. The dentist was not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. “-Reception service is disappointing. -I came here only because I need a general anesthesia consultation. And I told them I just went to children hospital for a check up two weeks ago. But then my son was given a clean up without any prior notice and I got charged for this unnecessary service. I asked them why I got this charge because this is the first time I need to pay for my kids dental appointment. The receptionist told me it is up to different clinic’ policy. She might be right but I would appreciate if she told me before and I could have the opportunity to choose to do it or not to do it.”Lire la suiteRéduire
