“I had an amazing experience at this clinic. I’m an extremely anxious patient with a real dental phobia, and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel safe and cared for. Dr. Cynthia was wonderful.. Calm, kind, and very reassuring. She took the time to explain things clearly and never made me feel rushed or judged. Her assistant Sally was also very caring, kind and she helped me have a very calm experience.The person who did my cleaning was just as incredible; gentle, patient, and clearly very skilled. Even with my anxiety, I genuinely felt I was in very confident hands. The front desk staff deserve a special mention too; so sweet, welcoming, and thoughtful. The whole team creates a warm, supportive environment that makes a huge difference for nervous patients like me. Thanks to them, I feel like I’ve started to overcome my dental fear, and for the first time I actually feel comfortable coming back regularly. “They don't listen. I have a simple extraction to do, with all radiographies panoramic and 2d made by another dentist 3 weeks ago, and that dentist statement that I need an extraction. Even though, with my broken tooth, Follum clinique did not listen to me, and cannot give me an appointment to actually work as dentists and extract my tooth. They want money, and divide this into a couple of visits so the dentist can "see" and schedule the duration of the extraction of molar 18. “I discovered this dentist because I work next to the clinic and I was not disappointed. Prices make sense, staff is super nice, dentist is also very nice, and very skilled. I just got my two bottom wisdom teeth removed, and I expected to be very swollen and in a lot of pain for a few days like everyone I know who had the procedure done. But no. I've been taking advils and the swelling mostly went down in the first few hours. It's day 3 and the pain mostly subsided and the swelling is all gone. 100% recommend, my partner and I will continue to go to this clinic as we are both very happy with the service.”Lire la suiteRéduire
