“I was bowled over by the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Didn't meet the dentist but overheard him with patients who he treated kindly and reassuringly,giving undivided attention, going thoroughly through every stage of the procedure with them. My own whitening treatment was effective and beyond reproach and Azara ( sorry if I got the name wrong) was not only pleasant, but also thorough, competent and informative. “Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough ! it’s very clean & the staff are so professional & friendly. I was in pain from wisdom tooth. I called to get an appointment which I got at first in about a week but Aysha was so kind & caring she called all her patients to see if there were any cancellations & scheduled me for the next day in less than an hour. The dental assistant Jenny was super friendly, helpful & professional. Dr. Tayssir was so professional & nice. He explained everything to me before , during & after the procedure & answered all my questions patiently. “It had been awhile since I've seen a dentist however after much pain from my wisdom tooth I booked an appointment with Dr. Tayssir I was very nervous at first however I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in the front doors. Dr. Tayssir is a very kind, gentle and professional dentist. He pulled my tooth right there on the spot! His assistant was also very kind and caring. “I recently had a crown procedure done at Écladent dental clinic and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel at ease. The clinic itself was clean and modern, with new equipment that gave me confidence in the quality of care I would receive. The dental assistant who took me back was very knowledgeable and thorough, making sure to explain the entire process before getting started. The dentist, Dr. Tayssir, was equally impressive. They were gentle and professional, taking the time to answer any questions I had and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The actual crown procedure was quick and painless, which was a huge relief. The dentist was very skilled and efficient, and they made sure to check in with me frequently to ensure that I was doing okay. After the procedure was complete, the dental assistant provided detailed instructions on how to care for my new crown, which I found very helpful. They also took the time to schedule a follow-up appointment to make sure everything was healing properly. “After considering a few dentists for my mother-in law's complicated implant case, we chose Dr. Tayssir. He is very knowledgeable and understanding.
