“One issue with my insurance provider and a new dentist of theirs was handled by them hanging up on me because I wanted information they didn't have. Terrible customer service considering the thousands I have spent with them. “Really Bad customer service.. Tried to book a visit, the person on the phone kept putting me on hold, instead of taking time. “Location is great, service was excellent, teeth looking and feeling super clean - only thing to note is that they do not do direct billing and I was surprised to receive the bill at reception, where it was not mentioned during initial documentation or prior to the service that they don't do direct billing. However they were courteous to allow my first visit to go through waiting for my insurance provider to pay them rather than me paying up front, so I'm glad they were willing to assist in this way. “I don't trust when I am getting examined by students, bad students. By having a tooth repaired, I got a 1500 dollar crown destroyed. When I noticed it to the secretary, she told me that the 'pretended' dentist was out of the province back to his studies. 0 stars”Lire la suiteRéduire

“In 2019, I had to undergo a very complex implant procedure and Dr. Rheault was highly recommended. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Rheault was patient, professional and his calm approach reassured me.
