“Physio is already hard enough to do, a good physiotherapist must be your biggest ally. As a recurring injury accumulator, I can confidently say that it has been by far my greatest experience at any health clinic. Please do yourself (and your back/knee) a favor, and ask for Amine : he has a contagious positive energy that will help you kickstart your recovery. “Simply put...The place is great. I went on a Dr's recommendation to rehab a pulled calf muscle.. From the moment i walked into the clinic I felt the atmosphere and people working there made the experience totally welcoming and comfortable I was assigned to Adam and I have to say he represents very well What a personable guy, he welcomed any and all of my questions/concerns.. Right from the get go he had me at ease and really helped educate me about my muscles (or lack of).. He has set me up with an online program and it certainly is clear and easy to use.. As for the treatments on that 1st day all I can say is job well done as I left there feeling better and also feel that the healing is headed my way in the very near future Simply put Great Place! “Can’t recommend enough! This team works so well together to give the best possible care. I’ve been receiving occupational therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, and physiotherapy for 7+ months following a car accident and the progress is better than I could have ever hoped. Léa has gone over and above to make sure my mental and physical health is improving, always checking in and advocating for me with my doctors and the SAAQ. Clotilde, Amine, Cuiye, and Joanie have also all been instrumental in my recovery and infinitely patient with me as I struggled with pain, memory loss, impaired cognition, and limited mobility. My plan has constantly evolved to address new symptoms and their efforts to adopt a patient-led care model is so appreciated; they always take the time to explain not only what the session goals are but also why we are doing what we are doing. In my experience, this has helped a lot with keeping me motivated long-term and learning to be patient with myself, as the Posturo+ team never put too much pressure on me and always met me where I was at. So grateful for this team’s hard work to get me back to a point where I can enjoy life again and feel confident that I will be back to normal again one day. “Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff are warm and professional, and my physiotherapist, acupuncturist, and occupational therapist worked together to thoroughly assess my condition. They developed a clear, personalized treatment plan and kept me involved every step of the way. The sessions were effective, and I noticed improvement quickly. “Amazing experience at Posturo Plus Lachine! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. It’s great to have multiple services under one roof.
