“Would put zero if I could. I consulted a senior physiotherapist at this clinic in Laval, who turns out to be the co-owner. Unfortunately, both Claudia Brown and Giang Vu showed a severe lack of flexibility when it comes to pelvic floor treatments. They appear highly rigid in their methodology and seem unable to comprehend that there is more than one way to approach pelvic floor rehabilitation. Because my case did not fit perfectly into their narrow vision, I was explicitly told by Ms. Brown that I was the problem. In my view, physiotherapy should adapt to the patient, not the other way around. Ms. Brown does not seem to grasp this concept and handles patient care with a sense of superiority. Notably, she did refund me for two treatments—which, to me, felt like a clear admission of their own shortcomings. This clinic is to be avoided at all cost.”Lire la suiteRéduire
