“Dr. Lydia is such an amazing doctor. I went to see her for constant neck, shoulder, and back pain. After the first two sessions I already felt an improvement. She's very attentive and takes the time to explain and answer any concerns you may have. She gave me concrete and simple exercises and stretches I could also do at home. Her goal for me is to eventually wean me off the necessity of seeing a chiropractor. Not all chiropractors think like this and I am glad I found her. She has made me more aware of how my own daily actions were affecting my neck, shoulder and back. As a result, I am a healthier person today and take better care of my body. I'd also like to mention how the staff at the clinic are so nice and welcoming. Dr. Lydia's assistant Marie is just so sweet. “This clinic is great, if you have trouble they'll help you out and show you the importance of regular chiropractic visits. Dr. Lydia is fantastic!! She fixed me up but I still see her regularly. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know.”
