“Friendly, professional and with 10 iron fingers. "Coach" Alex as I used to call him, is a must session once a month for any serious athlete or chronic pain sufferer. I was in pretty bad shape after a weekend of birthday celebrations and a boxing shoulder pull I asked for an emergency 90min sports/deep tissue/kinesthetic/stretching/yoga session. I was more stiff then a wrestler taking a tombstone pile driver from the Undertaker and left the clinic shaking it off like the Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels. Just like having a top grade mattress to sleep on, excellent self care for the body is something everyone should invest in. Dont get me started on the gym beast mode training sessions.
