“Receptionist takes my call, offers me an appointment for the same day. Goes and asks the dentist a question, leaves me on hold and gives the appointment to someone else.”

“Very happy with the service with our kids and they love going there - they feel welcome. We will transfer our files very soon. Business hours are the best ( please don't change that aspect).”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The work done was not up to standard, and I’m not satisfied with the results at all. I also spoke with the manager, but her response was not professional and did not address my concerns properly. I was charged $600 for teeth whitening, even though I had clearly requested a full cleaning the day before. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. “Soo this is going to be a long story… Today I brought my son to the dentist for the first time (5 yrs old) I found this place on Google and had good reviews and tried it TERRIBLE mistake!!! First the hygienist made my son take X-ray and kept getting frustrated that he kept moving and also not protecting us from the UV rays ( which all the dentist I’ve been too puts you a cover to protect you) so she kept rolling her eyes and sighing finally he stopped moving then he went in the chair so he can get an exam on his teeth she took the plaque off he’s teeth then began to try to clean he’s teeth the first time she hit the cleaning brush on the gum and he freaked of she got mad and took the drill brush and put on his hand at that moment he didn’t want to know anything about his mouth getting touch which is normal she hurt my son the whole time she was aggressive and rude, then the dentist came in and gave me a recommendation to go see a anesthesiologist then left ….. then came the payment for the cleaning she claimed that she cleaned everything and did a whole exam clearly that escalated I refused to pay bc he didn’t get a cleaning nor a full exam didn’t check if he had cavity’s didn’t care about anything I was telling her so she started raising her voice at me then she was sent to go back to work I spoke to the manager/owner ( unsure who she was exactly) the lady understood the problem and didn’t make me pay and was very apologetic towards my son and I Truly disgusting , it was my sons first dentist appointment, now he’s scared of dentists, it was not about not paying for a cleaning its the principle I truly don’t recommend going here I was expecting my son to be nervous and scared at first but this truly took me by surprise for how rude she was..”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Very bad service with the people at the front desk , they don't want to use my insurance for native americans and keep asking me to pay and I told them multiple times that I only want to use my insurance (they have to do an estimate before giving any services) which they don't do, they will rush you to get an appointment they never discuss price or anything before.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The dental clinic is very clean and well lighted. The staff from reception to the dentist were respectful and friendly. I would recommend this dental clinic especially for your kids because my daughter did not get scared at all”
