We provide individualized, client-centered therapy to meet a range of client goals and needs. Our therapists are trauma-informed, and trained in evidence-based therapies and clinical specializations. We offer flexibility to meet your needs: With daytime and evening appointments available, and session lengths of 50, 65 or 80 minutes. Phone and video sessions for clients across Ontario In person appointments in Ottawa, ON Our office is accessible for individuals with disabilities and/or mobility aids. Main doors locked after 5PM and on weekends : When you arrive for your in-office appointment, the main doors of the building may be locked during evenings and weekends. Your therapist will greet you and let you in just prior to your appointment time.
