“1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. Around noon on Sunday the 12, I noticed there was a 3:00 PM appointment available, so I booked it online and paid in advance. I arrived at 2:55 PM, was greeted by name, completed the paperwork, and was told to wait for my massage therapist. Fifteen minutes went by, and nobody came. The receptionist eventually realized I was still sitting in the waiting area and went to check what was happening. She returned and told me it “wouldn’t be long.” By 3:30 PM, after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I got up and asked to cancel. That’s when I was told my massage therapist never came in because she had already informed them that she wasn’t working that Sunday—but somehow nobody removed her from the schedule. What frustrates me the most isn’t just the wasted time. They had known since at least noon that the therapist wasn’t coming in. They had more than enough time to call, text, or email me to let me know, offer another therapist, or reschedule my appointment. Instead, they let me drive there, check in, fill out paperwork, and sit waiting for someone who was never going to arrive. I had rearranged my afternoon specifically for this appointment, only to leave without receiving any service. Offering me 50% off a future massage doesn’t make up for the complete lack of communication and respect for my time. I simply wanted a refund for a service that was never provided. This situation was entirely avoidable with basic communication and organization. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression, and I won’t be returning. And my refund is still not made, the receptionist told me she cant do it it has to be manager.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I got my very first lash lift yesterday at CT Therapeutic Griffintown, and I am so obsessed with my lashes! I absolutely love them! 🤍 Kamilia was so sweet, incredibly meticulous, and you could tell she genuinely cares about her work. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I honestly felt so pampered. “Fantastic experiences over the last few years. I have had numerous deep tissue massages by a few massage therapists here. Alexandre, in particular, has provided many treatments-- all very consistent, targeted and thorough. He is very attentive, and also briefly uses a massage gun to target specific areas. His technique was amazing, very professional, and he knew exactly how to release all the tension. The atmosphere was calming from start to finish. I got assigned to Angelica, who from the get go was focused on providing me the best care possible for my condition. Super knowledgeable and professional! “I went to Giselle for a lymphatic drainage and facial and had such a great experience. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and makes you feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was so relaxing and I could see and feel the difference right away. The vibes at the spa are also super nice, which makes the whole experience even better. The receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly and welcoming.
