“I have been seeing Thomas Runge at the Verdun location for about 3 years now and it’s vastly improved my quality of life. I used to get debilitating migraines regularly, and now I haven’t had one in months. I had seen a few massage therapists before Thomas but the difference is his knowledge and expertise in deep tissue massage and ability to release the muscles of the upper neck, jaw and face. “Rodrigo was exceptionally great with his technique. He was attentive and thorough with covering the problem areas as well as relieving other areas of soreness that I wasn’t even aware of. “They’re good until they’re not. Meaning, I had good experiences here in the past. However, after one bad experience here, the owners refused to do anything or even meet me half way after I voiced my concerns and disappointment afterwards. “I had a massage with Sarah a few weeks ago. I hesitated to leave a review, but since I'm looking for a consistent place in Verdun to go to, I realize how frustrated I was with this experience. I'm not sure if my massage therapist was having a bad day, but she really didn't seem thrilled to be with me. She was cold, quick, and barely asked me any questions. When I tried to tell her about my concussion, she seemed to not care. She asked me 0 questions about it and just jumped into the massage. Usually a massage therapist will at least ask you about the temperature, environment, how you're feeling, etc. it was obvious this was just a "in and out" service. I felt sad about that. During the massage I felt uncomfortable but I felt like I couldn't do anything about it. Also, there was construction outside the window the whole time. Not the establishments fault, but it didn't help the fact I was quite stressed during the entire experience. I live down the street. I want to go back. But the experience overall was too negative to try. I'm giving two stars because the place was clean and reception was kind.”Lire la suiteRéduire
