“I just recently had some work done on 2 of my teeth and I was taken care of by Dr.Eyad Kassab who works at the Centre Dentaire Smile in Laval. Dr. Kassab is absolutely phenomenal !! I have not seen a dentist this "gentle and professional" in decades. I am extremely happy to have been referred to him. “The staff at Smiile are perfect examples of everything that is wrong with the dental industry. My former dentist Dr. Kassab is excellent at his job. However, after my very first visit in 2023, I was bombarded by suggestions of services I “needed done immediately” and that would run me about $4000 in total. This freaked me out but I continued to see him because I needed a new dentist at the time and he was recommended by my boyfriend. I expressed in the past that I’m not comfortable with a new hygienist every time I came to get my cleaning done, and this request was not respected at all. I also requested that they stop asking me to have my wisdom teeth pulled as they have never bothered me and I don’t want to spend $400 per tooth if I don’t have to. This request was also disrespected and I was continuously harassed with phone calls and emails to book an appointment with the specialist. I decided after this to look for a new dentist. Smiile is the ONLY clinic to EVER continue to call me periodically to book appointments and even though their email and number is blocked, they still find ways to reach me. I called back this morning to have my file removed and the receptionist Fatima gave me unnecessary attitude. As a self-employed professional, I always let my clients call me if they need an appointment. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is not the one. “I have been going to Smile dentist for years. My usual dentist Dr. Kassab and the hygienists are always extremely friendly and caring for my annual teeth cleaning. Recently I had 4 wisdom teeth extractions performed by Dr. Mri and throughout the procedure he and the hygienist made me feel comfortable and reassured. A couple days after the extractions, I saw Dr. Mri two more times for check ups and each time he was extremely caring and resolved any concerns I had quickly and with the utmost care. Fatima, the receptionist was helpful and reassuring when answering any questions over the phone I had after the procedure. If anyone wants dentists/hygienists/receptionists who cares about their patients this is the place to go.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had an amazing experience at Smile dental. Even though Dr Sorek couldn’t help me ( and he tried hard) with my cemented crown on my implant, he called a specialist and explained my situation to them and that day I received an appointment.
