“Took the time to answer all their questions as a first client, including personal information. They answered to book an appointment and canceled it right after I confirmed because I did not respond earlier (within an hour, received the appointment at 9:08 and answered at 10:30) since I was in a meeting at work. “The entire staff is super friendly and professional. Im usually not a fan of dentists but Dr Robert was very gentle and so quick with her work that i barely felt anything! Highly recommend the clinic.”

“I had a concerning experience during one of my recent visits, which initially left me disappointed. The appointment felt somewhat rushed, and at one point I felt uncomfortable during the procedure. Because I had previously had good experiences at this clinic, the situation highlighted to me. After sharing my feedback with manger, they personally reached out to me and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. Our conversation was respectful, and focused on understanding what had happened and its highly appreciated. This kind of follow-up shows that the clinic takes patient feedback seriously and genuinely cares about maintaining a good standard of care. “The staff was very helpful with my paperwork transfer. On the day of my visit, everyone was incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed meeting the dentist and had a great session.
