“An unreliable dentist with no professional ethics. I do not recommend her at all.when I asked for my file which by law it belong to me she insist to send it to my new Denise directly I asked to give it to me she said she can only send it by mail .when I received it by mail I saw she wrote an story from her side trying to make me a bad person in front of new dentist. While I just asked her give me my file regarding the job she did. But she is a unethical person trying to get revenge for her lack of professional standards. She insurance was waiting for her reply and because she did not send requested document my file delayed. I received the insurance benefit by my own follow up.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dentist. • Poor quality of care: The cleaning was not done properly. When I visited another doctor afterward, I was told it looked as though the inside of my teeth had never been cleaned. I even have images to prove this. • Neglect of urgent needs: I had two broken teeth on both sides of my mouth, forcing me to eat only liquids or extremely soft food for several months. Despite this, the office delayed treatment while claiming they were waiting for insurance approval. • Insurance mismanagement: The staff repeatedly told me they had not received a reply from Sun Life government insurance. When I called Sun Life directly, I learned they had been requesting extra documents from the dentist, which she neglected to send. This was the real reason for the delay. Only when I insisted at the office did they finally admit that the root canal had been accepted. • Unprofessional behavior: When I tried to meet the doctor during my scheduled appointment, she was annoyed and spoke to me while working on another patient. One secretary attempted to help me by checking my file, but Dr. Alshilabi came out and harshly scolded her in Arabic in front of me. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. • Disrespect toward patients: The secretary later told me she had already spent “too much time” on my file, even though she was not busy at that moment and could have clarified the situation in just a few minutes. • Insensitive treatment of my son: My son has a traumatic history with dentists and is terrified of dental procedures. I asked to stay with him for support, but the doctor forced me to leave the room, showing no compassion or understanding. Overall, Dr. Alshilabi demonstrated a lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect. She seemed more concerned with money than with the well-being of her patients. I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone seeking proper care, honesty, or compassion.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dr. Rania’s dental office. Last week, I already had a very bad experience with the hygienist, Sayed. He was rough, unprofessional, and he didn’t even finish the cleaning he started. I left the appointment feeling upset and unsatisfied. This week, I had another appointment scheduled for Saturday, and the secretary called me to say that I either go with the same hygienist again or I cancel my appointment. I couldn’t believe it. I have never had any problem with Dr. Rania herself, but I am very disappointed that she didn’t offer anyone else to finish the cleaning that Sayed left incomplete. This is not the level of care or professionalism I expected. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with how this situation was handled.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I discovered Dr. Rania during a dental emergency. She was one of the few dentists in the area willing to accommodate me right away, even though I wasn’t one of her regular patients. From that first visit, I found a truly talented and experienced dentist who provides precise diagnoses and honest advice about what’s best for your dental health. Since then, my entire family has become her patients, and we are all extremely satisfied with her care and professionalism.
