“As a new patient, I called to confirm my appointment and was told there was no appointment under my name, so I did not show up. Later, I received another call saying I was late for my appointment. I explained that I had called earlier and was informed that no appointment existed. Despite this, the staff member spoke to me rudely and made it seem as though the situation was my fault, even mentioning a $50 deposit for future appointments. I called back because this was not my fault and I wanted to address the way I was spoken to. At that point, they admitted the error was due to my name being entered incorrectly in their system. Being treated disrespectfully for a mistake made by the clinic was unacceptable. I am relieved the appointment was canceled and would not recommend this clinic.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Five stars is not enough for Dominique because she is very skillful and kind and I would give her six stars or more. I have hade two appointments for deep cleaning in the last two weeks and everything was beyond my expectations. No pain during the procedure, nor after. “DON'T LET YOUR EX-WIFE BRING YOUR DAUGHTER THERE, PURE HELL ON EARTH for a KID! Pure Torture for my 5 years old, Dentist was more interested to talk about all the future jobs to be done than focus on calming my daughter, which is now traumatised. You enter the room, there is 6 other kids at 4 feet from each other, so everyone shares their microbes flying around and you hear the whiz of 6 other kid, a total nightmare for my daughter, her Mom and the 2 other woman were total out of it and the Dentist still kept on even though it was clear my daughter would not get through with it, they cared more to talk about the future work to be done ... “Don't go there if you've an emergency. They just take x-ray and a minute of poor explanation ; then present a huge bill in secondsss This is what they call consultation of one tooth=$95 dollars_> Nevermind the $5000 ++ for a single dental bridge by an amateur who's happen to be the owner. “My appointment was booked for tomorrow morning and I got a call today from my dentist saying that unfortunately my dentist won’t be able to show up tomorrow morning and she could only reschedule me tomorrow at 1pm. I explained the receptionist that unfortunately I can’t do 1pm because I have other obligations, but we can look for other days that could be more convenient for both of us. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not receptive and told me it’s either that or you wait for months. I work in costumer service and I am very understanding and my expectation as a patient/customer is that we can find a middle ground. Due to this experience, I cancelled my appointment and found another dentist place that was able to fit me in at a convenient time tomorrow. “I had my Invisalign treatment here with Dr. Belanger and my hygienist is Sorina? (I am not 100% sure if I spelled it right) and I couldn't recommend them more. Dr. Belanger speaks English and French. She is always patient, friendly, and professional. I was somewhat anxious about my treatment, However, she made everything a breeze. She listened to what I said and always gave me a solution. In addition, it's not difficult to get an appointment with her when something unexpected happens. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a friendly and professional dentist in this area. Having visited many dentists in my prior experiences, she is one of my favourite. :)”Lire la suiteRéduire
