“I went in for a refill on a set I had previously done at another place. Instead of doing the refill, I was told I needed a full removal and a new full set because it would last longer. I trusted their recommendation and paid for the full set, just 3 days later, the lashes started falling off I called the salon six days after my appointment to explain what happened and their only solution was to come back and pay for a one week refill. What was even more disappointing than the quality of the work was the customer service. There was no effort to make things right and no concern for the inconvenience.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I've been going to catchy Beauty salon for 8 months now I've had my lashes done and my nails done there. For lashes I get the hybrid cat eye and let the technician decide what volume customized to my natural eyelashes and shape. I have gotten lashes done at other places but this is by far the best place in Ottawa. The eyelashes come out very soft and doesn't feel like there's a heavyweight to them. They lasted a long time as well. I did refills every 3 weeks. For nails I've been seeing Mia to get biogel done and she delivers what I want every time ! I usually get cat eye with a design, almond shape and medium in length. My nails look amazing even when I go back every 3-4 weeks for a refill and last through my daily gym sessions.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“came in for nails and volume lashes (I forgot to take a photo of the lashes), and I really loved the results. everything was done so professionally. Before the service started, they kindly asked me to wash my hands and took the time to do a thorough consultation. They explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. “I booked for my girlfriend to do her nails and She had an amazing experience at this beauty salon! The staff is professional, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. Her acrylic nails turned out absolutely flawless—clean, strong, and beautifully shaped with great attention to detail. She also had her eyebrows adjusted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. “The quality of the lash work itself is good, but client experience and professionalism are lacking. After being a loyal client for four years, I was surprised by how dismissive and impersonal the response was when I decided to move on because of valid concerns. My appointment was simply cancelled with no acknowledgment of the long-term relationship or basic courtesy. If you are looking to feel genuinely valued and respected as a client, this is not the place. That said, the only two lash techs I ever experienced who showed real empathy, professionalism, and care were Anh and Ha. Ha is still there and I would genuinely recommend booking with her if you choose to go. Anh, however, has since opened her own business, and her absence was extremely noticeable.
