“Go here first. Save your time & $. Beyond grateful for the experience with Kayla and her team. As a young woman who had a front partial denture done after an emergency. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whole process was done within 2 weeks, let me go home, see how it felt, did a follow up & worked with my comfort level until it was perfect - on the spot! Would highly recommend in any situation, especially emergency ones. For people who are nervous about denture work, high anxiety, OCD, neurodivergence, or just have high standards, this is your place to go. On top of it all, lowest quote & fastest turnaround in town after calling over 8 other places in Sudbury. Kayla picked up the phone herself & told me clearly a price range, timeline, and what the process was. No unnecessary appointments or fees. No up-charges. “I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to Kayla and her team for such an outstanding, professional and just beyond amazing experience! I recently have had a very bad horror story experience with another Denturist and felt completely defeated with the entire denture process until I went in to Allen Delsaut denture clinic in Sudbury and met with Kayla and the team! The level of professionalism, care and guidance compared to what I previously experienced has been beyond night and day! I Highly recommend anyone who has any type of denture needs to give them a call without hesitation! From the front end staff to the technician’s! “Had my dentures done by him, very expensive. Dentures were hurting me, and I told him where. He argued with me, saying they were ok. I couldn't wear to painful. I ended up getting another set done by a different denturist. DO NOT RECCOMEND HIM AT ALL.”

“It's unfortunate that I had a decent experience on my first visit here but then it's all been downhill from then on. My 2nd visit there, he fit my dentures the day before he went on a 3 week vacation but they were so badly fitted that I couldn't wear them for the full 3 weeks. Then when I expressed my disastisfaction he turned extremely condescending ever since. I recently tried to go there again and the visit went worse than expected. “Called out of the phone book initially about 12 years ago. Recently have had another awesome experience.The reception and staff are friendly capable and knowledgable. Very conscientious about Covid safety practices. I have never had an adjustment of my dentures from my initial visit and expect the same now. Education and instruction as to what to expect leaves no surprises and relieves anxiety as adjustment may take time and patience. I was assured that I could return if needed.
