To say Dr. Chambers, Lindsay and Karine go above and beyond for every visit is not enough! The staff is incredible - from Sylvie waiting patiently as you try to juggle your family calendar to the connections each staff member make with your child- this place is exceptional! They do not rush, they meet your child where they are and they are so successful in terms of orthodontics while doing it. THANK YOU!”

We have felt supported throughout the whole process. The front desk staff are genuine and helpful, and the entire team is professional yet incredibly welcoming. Every steps of the treatment plan was discussed with us so there were no surprises. They are very patient-focused, providing reassurance throughout the entire journey. The technicians we saw at our scheduled appointments always took the time to answer our questions. My son's wire broke a few time. When it happened, the team reacted quickly and scheduled appointments to replace the wire.
