“Problem with washing machines for months and the manager just ignored it for a long time, when I insisted she gave me a card with 8cad to pay for my washing ( when one cycle is 5cad)! A complete joke. They just ignore your problems, thinking it is the best way to make you shut up about it. I would recommend to look elsewhere for rent, not worth it.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“It has become unbearable to live here. Is supposed to be a smoke free building but is a complete joke. The constant cigarettes smell of people smoking inside the units comes out to the hallways, and enter to your unit. You will be a second hand smoker if you move to this building, as administration do nothing against these. The air quality is totally unhealthy.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have no idea why people keep saying that the place is dirty! When I first got my place it was newly equipped and the place is so clean. The stuff are very nice and they are happy to help too. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Awfully dirty, the room was full of ants and bed bugs, they refused to change the room or to refund, not even the courtesy to apologize, we had to look for another place to stay at 9 PM after a long flight since we couldn’t sleep there, we will file a case against them for not complying with the Canadian health and hygiene standers”Lire la suiteRéduire

“One of the most dirty places around the world. Staff are rude and refusing to help or support. Request to change my room or refund my money back and reply was no and we cant help you. I left and cant imagine how people can sleep in such dirty room”

“Nice residential complex offering luxury rental units ranging from studios to 4 1/2. Amenities includes Cinema Hall, Gymnasium, Yoga Studio, Shared terrace and BBQ area. Building have reception, 24/7 surveillance system and Indoor parking.”
