“Even-though I moved away from the area I refuse to look for another dental clinic. The staff, cordial, personable and very helpful. The hygienist is super efficient, meticulous and gentle. “Would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Arrived for my appt. at 11:20am and did not get attended to until 12:10pm. Appointment was at 11:30am and there wasn't a single other person in the building. The hygienist told me she didn't know I was here. Meanwhile the receptionist told me they didn't mark me as present even after I checked in while they didn't seem to care. Her name is Marianne. The hygenist is Natasha. I would give her -5 stars if I could. For the first time I had to ask them to stop because of the pain induced during basic procedure. My previous appointment that I showed up for, was double booked and they made me reschedule. This is the final straw. These people do not care about you or your time.
