“I don't know how it works, but Emily's technique really does. I went to her for a few issues that have been bothering me for months including Achilles heel pain so that walking was difficult. She put acupuncture needles in my arm and it cured my Achilles heel! I'd been to see a few other acupuncturists who put needles in my foot and ankle area (certainly not in my arm) and it didn't do anything. I had haemorrhoids and she put needles around my mouth for those and after two treatments my discomfort was gone. I think you have to try it to believe it!”

“When I came to Emily, I was in a lot of pain from spinal stenosis. Week by week, her acupuncture treatments took the pain down by degrees, enabling me to enjoy life each time a little more during the months I was waiting for surgery. “I'd never had acupuncture before seeing Emily for lower back pain, sciatic pain and chronic insomnia. We're three sessions in and I can feel a difference already. “Emily worked wonders for me. I had had lower back pain for many years (15+). Surgery (2008) helped but did not cure the problem. After 5 months of treatment I was pain free (initially 2x/week to biweekly & finally monthly) and the numbness down my leg and into my foot had virtually disappeared. Over the last 2 years, i have reinjured myself by lifting heavier objects and returned 2 twice more for treatment. Each subsequent treatment period was shorter. Without pain, I have been more active and able to rebuild lost muscle. I am thankful for Emily daily! She has helped me to a better life. Pain free! I highly recommend Emily as an acupuncturist.
