“I booked a physical therapy appointment because I recently had surgery on my shoulder. When I showed up I gave my name and the time of my appointment. The woman looked at me and said "Landon?" I repeated my name, to which she again replied "Landon?". I said I don't know who Landon is and repeated my name a 3rd time. She finally stopped saying Landon and told me she had an appointment in my wife's name. That was weird but she is the primary on the insurance card I uploaded so I said whatever. Then the lady said they had me booked for a chiropractic adjustment. Now that was a big deal as I knew there wouldn't be a physical therapist just sitting around. What really pissed me off was that at this point the woman at the front desk said to me "Whatever, he can help you." I asked if he was a physical therapist and she said, "No he's a chiropractor but he can help you." The stupidity of this comment stunned me into silence for a few moments before I turned around and walked out. Clearly my needs did not matter to these people and they just wanted my money.”
