“Sales Scam. I would avoid at all costs. It's just a sales pitch that they try to lock you in. Lie about about the amount of time anything is going to take and then try to string you along to do more work. Spent a month with them and absolutely 0 results and they claimed because I did Yoga a few times that's the reason why it didn't work. I did 3 hours sessions with them 4 weeks straights. Absolutely SCAMM. Don't pay upfront because they won't refund you. I went in for shoulder and chest pain. Came out with neck shoulder knee and chest pain.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The therapists at this clinic are good — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The treatment itself was solid. However, my experience with the front-desk administrator was completely unacceptable and overshadowed everything else. During my final appointment, while I was actively in a treatment session, the admin lady came into the room to discuss administrative matters. I politely asked to speak after my session finished. She left, then returned again about ten minutes before the session ended and insisted on talking immediately, interrupting my care a second time. When I repeated that I was still in session and asked for professionalism and privacy, the interaction became tense and confrontational. This is not appropriate in any healthcare setting. Patients should never be interrupted or pressured while receiving treatment. There was also confusion afterward about whether I had remaining sessions — which I am willing to verify — but that does not excuse disrupting an appointment or speaking to a patient in that manner. I informed my therapist that I intended to leave a review about this incident. The clinic is expensive. The therapists are strong, but the unprofessional administrative behavior seriously damaged my experience and is the reason for this rating.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a very disappointing experience at this centre. Before the appointment, I was asked to fill out a detailed form and answer several questions over the phone. However, during the actual visit, the practitioner repeated the exact same questions again, which wasted a significant portion of the session time. The appointment was supposed to last about an hour, but the actual “treatment” lasted no more than 5–7 minutes. There was no proper physical examination of the area where I have pain. Instead, the practitioner took a few photos and gave a very vague explanation about a “minor imbalance,” which honestly could apply to almost anyone. What made the experience worse was the strong pressure to purchase a package of 10 sessions for $1500. When I said I needed time to think, the attitude immediately changed and became uncomfortable. I was even encouraged to consider financing, which felt very inappropriate for a first visit without a clear diagnosis. Also concerning: I was asked to pay before the consultation even started, and was told there would be no tax if I paid a certain way, which raises serious questions. In the end, I paid $77 for a session where I received almost no real treatment or professional assessment. I do not recommend this place. “Met David for the first time for Consultation for knee pain /sciatica/ neck pain + other issues. David is very knowledgeable and caring as well as all the team working there they care about our well being which is very difficult in now days to find. David took His time explained everything evaluated my syptoms told me what was wrong and assured me it could be corrected it was up to me to decide if I wanted to be treated. David is so attentive that I trusted Him & I agreed to get treated with His expertise. David was able to start my first session immediately due to a cancelation I will be seeing him 3x a week but every case is different. “I came to see David after struggling with serious tightness in my legs, numbness, and an imbalance in my hips that affected the way I walked. I was experiencing discomfort daily, and it was beginning to affect my quality of life. Since starting sessions with David, I’ve seen a huge improvement. My posture is noticeably better, I feel more balanced when walking, and the numbness in my legs has significantly reduced. It still happens from time to time, but nowhere near as frequent or severe.
